So... two things to tell you:
1)Homeschool Blogger, the site from which I wished to migrate my blog, is down. That is the reason I couldn't log on.
2)I actually found a blog that tells one HOW to migrate from HSB to Blogger. It is located at how-to-convert-from-hsb-to-blogger
